Recently, as announced by the China Machinery Industry Federation, the "Key Technology Research and Industrialization of High end Engineering Machinery Long life Wear resistant Parts Manufacturing" led by Shandong Gongke Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. and participated by Shandong Sun Wear resistant Parts Co., Ltd. won the second prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award for its breakthrough technological achievements in the industry!



The Mechanical Industry Science and Technology Award is a national science and technology award jointly established by the China Machinery Industry Federation and the China Society of Mechanical Engineering, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China. It aims to recognize outstanding contributors to promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading in the mechanical industry. This award marks that the technical strength of Sun Wear resistant Parts in the field of core components of construction machinery has entered the international advanced level!

The project "Research and Industrialization of Key Technologies for Manufacturing Long life Wear resistant Components of High end Construction Machinery" has conducted research on the prominent problems of insufficient performance, poor matching with the host, and short lifespan of wear-resistant components of high-end construction machinery in China, and has completed four major innovations!

To address the common technical challenges in China high-end equipment field, such as insufficient hardenability of wear-resistant materials, limited accuracy of heat treatment processes, and poor adaptability to complex working conditions, a systematic multidimensional research and development of materials science, process equipment, and intelligent matching technology will be carried out. Based on the theoretical innovation of phase transition effect delay and grain refinement, high hardenability alloy wear-resistant materials have been successfully developed, with hardenability increased by 8.6% and 14.2% respectively, breaking through the bottleneck of traditional material performance stability and providing core material support for ultra large engineering machinery equipment.

In the field of heat treatment technology, we have achieved significant technological iterations. The constant domain quenching homogenization technology equipment has significantly improved the wear resistance of wear-resistant components through precision temperature control and phase transformation regulation, with an average wear resistance increase of over 25%.




At the same time, we pioneered the hot stamping cavity pressure holding quenching technology equipment, breaking through the forming control problem under the coupling of multiple physical fields. The hot stamping cavity pressure holding quenching technology compresses the rebound size of arc-shaped wear-resistant parts to within 1.5%. Combined with high-precision laser processing non stick coating technology, it achieves a surface roughness increase of more than 40% and a processing accuracy increase of more than 30%, greatly improving the manufacturing accuracy and service performance of key components.

Through the in-depth development of multi-mode and multi condition adaptive matching technology, we have established a dynamic wear strength prediction model and real-time control system, which extends the service life of wear-resistant parts by 12% -35% and reduces operating costs by more than 20%, providing a systematic solution for the global high-end equipment manufacturing industry that combines high wear resistance and economy.
